退款政策
Please read the following Return Policy for any questions you may have when purchasing from our online shop. In this Policy, the use of “us”, “our”, and “we” refer to G Morning Coffee, while the use of “you” and “your” refer to the G Morning Coffee customer.
Damaged goods may be returned within 7 days after delivery. Damaged goods refer to: cracked, broken, or otherwise unusable merchandise; coffee bags delivered that are unsealed, ripped, or if there are quality concerns with the coffee. We will issue a replacement for all damaged goods to you in person when you are returning the damaged items.
In the event of receiving the wrong items in the delivery, please return the unopened product to us to exchange for the correct item. If the delivery invoice does not match the number of items received, please contact us at info@gmorningcoffee.com.
Please photograph the damaged goods and email pictures to info@gmorningcoffee.com with the subject “Damaged Goods” and also include the following information in the email.
- Your name
- Order number
- Product name and code
- Picture of the fault
- Description of the fault
(The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email).
We will reissue the replacement goods via delivery within the next three business days. International customers will still be expected to pay any shipping and customs fees.
Compliance Checks for returned products
Our products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), including all accessories and documents. We reserve our right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.
For example we may make a reduction in the following circumstances:
- the product(s) have been used, worn, damaged or washed;
- the identification tag with the disposable seal is not attached to the product(s) or has not been returned. Please note that identification tag constitutes an integral part of each product;
- you have not returned any packaging which is an integral part of a product (such as drip bag filter papers).
In the event that G Morning Coffee needs to completely cancel your order, we will reach out via the email you provide at checkout to suggest another product or service. If we don’t hear from you within three days, we will automatically cancel the order. You will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation as well as a full refund that will post to your credit card within three weeks.
